This is a time to advocate for your vision with unwavering faith, to keep moving forward even if you cannot yet see the full bloom. Your manifestations are alive within you. They are growing in the unseen, nurtured by your belief, your perseverance, and your willingness to trust the process.
Allow the stillness of these colder mornings to be a sacred space where you anchor into your inner strength. Remember: even as the world grows quieter, your spirit continues to rise. You are more powerful than you realise.

Let the Negativity Lift Like Vapour After Rain!

This came to me in my morning meditation, and I felt called to share it with you all.

Close your eyes for a moment and imagine this:

You are standing on warm earth after a summer rain. The ground is soft beneath your feet, and the air is thick with the scent of renewal. From the soil, a gentle vapour begins to rise, curling, dancing, lifting.

Now imagine that vapour is coming from within you.

The heavy emotions, the doubt, the fear, the anger… all of it begins to rise. Like mist, it curls out of your chest, your mind, your body. You don’t have to hold it anymore.
Let it return to wherever it came from, to the earth, to the sky, to the great unknown.

It’s ok just, Let it go.

You are not your pain. You are not your past. You are not the weight others placed upon you.

You are the stillness after the storm. You are the breath between lightning strikes. You are the clearing sky.

Allow the negativity to lift from you as naturally as vapour rising from the ground, effortless, gentle, inevitable.

You don’t need to force healing.
Just give it space.

And watch what rises.

Affirmation:
“I allow all that does not belong to me to rise and return to the earth. I am light. I am clear. I am free.”

Divine Intervention: When the Universe Steps In.

Today, I was about to make a decision that would have taken me down a winding road, one that would have been emotionally challenging and stressful. I found myself leading with my heart rather than my head, which is never ideal in business.

But something unexpected happened. Just as I was about to move forward, I picked up the phone to make a call… and instead of connecting, I heard a recorded message:

"Your call cannot be placed at the present moment due to line complications."

We are in 2025, right? How often does that even happen anymore?

In that moment, I knew. This wasn’t just a technical issue. This was divine intervention. My guides were watching over me, stepping in to prevent me from making a decision that wasn’t aligned with my highest good.

Sometimes, when we’re moving too quickly or making choices from a place of emotion rather than clarity, the universe places obstacles in our path, not to frustrate us, but to protect us. It’s easy to see delays or disruptions as inconveniences, but what if they’re actually moments of guidance?

This experience was a powerful reminder that when things don’t go as planned, it may not be a setback, it may be a sign. A pause. A chance to rethink, realign, and choose a different path.

I can hardly believe you’re 16 today. It feels like just yesterday I was singing you to sleep, holding you close, not knowing where the time would go. And now, here we are getting your learner’s permit. Watching you grow into the amazing person you are has been one of the greatest joys of my life.

A Letter to My dearest Sister Sayde,

Christmas feels so different without you this year. Usually, we’d be on the phone by now, planning every detail—the gifts, the dishes, the laughter we’d share as we navigated the chaos of the season together. You brought such warmth, joy, and love to every celebration, as this was your favourite time of year, and your absence feels like an unfillable void in my heart.

This year, the house is quieter. There is no tree to decorate, and the excitement has faded. I see the world rushing around me, preparing for the holidays, but I feel frozen in time, caught in the ache of missing you. My birthday will come and go without your call, without your laughter, without the light you brought to every moment.

Even though you’re not physically here, I know you’re with us. I feel you in the stillness, in the soft memories that replay in my mind, and in the love that will forever bind us. I was just starting to feel like I could cope,
Like I could see a glimmer of hope.

But Grief, I wish to do more,
